This vacancy is for our client, a government oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Job Description
¿ Provision of timely and accurate advice and services to support the control and management of legal risk
¿ Involvement in all aspects of commercial insurance, industrial insurance, company, contract, commercial, trust, UAE/International law and regulation, pension, etc
¿ Assenting with documentation review, contractual certainty, drafting and amending contracts and supporting documentation
¿ Policy interpretation
¿ Participation in general projects
¿ Conducting training and providing ¿know-how¿
¿ Sourcing and obtaining reference materials and doing research
¿ Developing and maintain systems to ensure efficient delivery of legal service to client
Requirements
With minimum 10 years experience in legal advice in commercial establishments, out of which 5 years to be in UAE environment.
