Qualification: Graduate engineer with inspection experience within procurement environment is the ideal candidate, but definitely if he/she has enough experience in similar positions, we can deviate from some of the requirements.

Role & Experience: ¿Vendor/Source inspection expediting coordinator¿ with 8+ yrs experience with at least 5 year in similar capacity.

Job Role: The role of a coordinator is to identify an inspector/engineer/surveyor where it should be feasible technically and commercially as per contractual agreement. He/she will act as a focal point for client requirements. The coordinator should understand the scope of inspection, identify the technical specs + ITP intervention points, convey the same to the inspector, contact vendor and arrange the schedule, expedite the report, review the report and make sure it fulfills the minimum requirements and finally prepare a closure and forward for invoicing.
