Job description

This vacancy is for our client, a government organization in Abu Dhabi.

¿ To manage the day to day operations of the Helpdesk team delivering a first class, professional customer service, ensuring that customer enquiries, service requests and complaints are resolved in accordance with KPIs and SLAs, primarily on the telephone, but also by other electronic access channels.
¿ A BSc or BA degree with at least 4 years experience; or a postgraduate qualification with over 2 years experience
¿ Experience of managing staff in a contact centre environment, with Government authorities in the UAE; familiar with the culture, traditions and economy of the UAE
¿ Require Arabic candidates with strong client and customer relationship management skills.
