Demand Planner:

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

Responsible for ExxonMobil Production execution to Plan
Coordinating inventory parameters in light of Dispatch schedule
Follow-up fulfillment of dispatch schedule according to plan
Facilitate weekly production meeting at MELUBCO LOBP
Facilitate receipts of RM
Follow-up port products releases with MELUBCO to ensure timely payment of invoices
Facilitate RM/ PKGs call offs according to production plan
Logical plant custodian
Publishing Loading Schedule
Production Coordinator to Follow up Loading Schedule & Production Plan.
Updating of Base Oil Planning Sheet and Zone Consumption.
Daily Dispatch Schedule
Daily Production Allocation
