Our client, a leading oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Reservoir Advisor, SCAL

Basic Function
¿ Provides optimum management of reservoir core studies and projects within company and Group Company impacting short and long term field development plans.
¿ Transfers SCAL expertise across the different E&P terms, and technology transfer from laboratories of Shareholders and the industry. Monitors Full Field Development Plan related studies and activities versus E&P Quality working Systems and Standards

Minimum Requirements
¿ Bachelors¿ degree in Petroleum Engineering, Earth Science or equivalent
¿ 10 years solid experience in SCAL projects and programs, including leadership and team management responsibilities in the last 5 years
¿ Strong interpersonal skills, good coaching and ability to development professionals
