Our client, a holding company based in Qatar is looking forward to recruit Technical Security & Communication Engineer

Main Duties
¿ Responsible for working with the Sales Team, delivering Technical presentations to customers, Performing needs Analysis, Architecting solutions and Mapping the best Solution to meet customers on Security & Communication products like CCTV, PABX etc
¿ Maintain and expand working knowledge of our product portfolio
¿ Leading the Technical Team and achieving the set objectives through them
¿ Provide Network Security Troubleshooting on Technical issues to customers
¿ Preparation, delivery of presentations and following up on technical presentations
¿ Product demos ¿ preparation, delivery and follow up on technical presentations
¿ Provide technical back up to Sales ¿ follow up post presentations calls/visits etc
¿ Day to day ¿ deal with unscheduled items e.g., internal questions from sales, incoming presales calls etc
¿ Providing Solutions on Technical matters to the Service Team
¿ Correspondence with Principles on Technical Issues
¿ Conducting training programs for the Technicians
¿ Providing consultancy service to the customers including responding to customer letters, quote, etc
¿ Technical support to Spare parts/Type approval reports
¿ Managing the inventory of the department at optimum levels
¿ Abide by Company Policy and Procedure
¿ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
¿ Maintain Technical records and reports

Minimum Requirements
¿ Must be organised, methodical and be able to work well under pressure
¿ Must have excellent, written and verbal communication skills
¿ Quality Orientation
¿ Be Health and Safety conscious at the work place at all times
¿ Abide by Fire and Safety procedures at all times
