POSITION: 902 Customer Service Manager-DubaiOur client a leading Manufacturing company in UAE is looking forward to recruit the above and your responbilities are as follows
¿ A course in CS, Communication skills, CRM experience is a Must!!!
¿ 5 ¿ 7 years work experience in a B2B environment in similar capacity.
¿ To monitor and measure service performance levels for the entire customer service function, specifically in the areas of response, quotations, order entry, documentation, delivery and complaint handling.
¿ To proactively provide the customers with fast response and constant visibility of orders, shipments, delivery dates and quantities, payments status.
¿ Continuously reviewing online survey form and keep updating/upgrading in consultation with all stakeholders to get customer feedback in line with changing business & market environment.
¿Nationality Preference: South African, Srilankan, Filipinos Indian/Pakistani, European Preferred!!
